Fraser has spent more than 20+ years working across New Zealand's insurance market, beginning his career with an insurer before moving into broking and leadership roles. This experience provides a deep understanding of both sides of the insurance relationship. This includes how insurers assess and price risk and how businesses require their insurance to perform when it matters most.

Fraser provides strategic advice on insurance programme structure, ensuring alignment with business operations and underlying risk.

He maintains strong relationships with New Zealand's major insurers as well as selected international markets, including Lloyd's of London, enabling access to well‑structured solutions when businesses require more specialised cover.

Clients work with Fraser for clear advice, strong technical knowledge, and a hands‑on approach, particularly when navigating complex insurance decisions or managing claims.
